How can we practice compassion every day?
❤️ Listening with Empathy: Take time to truly listen to those around you. Whether it’s a friend sharing their story or a classmate needing a comforting ear, showing empathy starts with understanding.
❤️ Acts of Service: Offer to help someone without expecting anything in return. It could be helping with schoolwork, lending a hand to a teacher, or simply being there for someone in need.
❤️ Being Present: Sometimes, the best way to show compassion is to be present in the moment. Put away distractions and show others that you value their presence and words.
❤️ Kindness in Action: Compassion is about more than feeling—it’s about doing. Offer a smile, give a compliment, or help someone in distress. These small actions can have a big impact on someone's day.
Let’s embrace compassion this month by showing kindness, understanding, and support to everyone around us. Together, we can create a caring and inclusive community!

You may notice a new item on our lunch menus labeled as "Taste Test". This refers to a special second entrée option that we're offering on days when the first entrée is a student favorite. The "Taste Test" entrée is an experimental recipe we're excited to introduce to our students. It’s an opportunity for them to try something new as we explore ways to expand and enhance our menu options.
We hope this will be a fun and tasty experience for the students, and we look forward to their feedback!
