We know it's late in the day but we couldn't let it pass without giving a HUGE shoutout to our incredible SROs — Officer Deshaun Smith and Officer Jessica Starnes — on National SRO Appreciation Day!

These two are the perfect mix of safety, mentorship, leadership… and a whole lot of fun! They keep our campus safe, build amazing relationships with our students, and somehow still manage to bring smiles and positive energy every single day.

We’re lucky to have not just great officers, but two all-around awesome humans serving our school community. Thank you for everything you do — we appreciate you more than you know! 🚀❤️

𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰, 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, due to dangerously low projected wind chills while students would be waiting for buses or walking to school.
Several factors go into making this decision including low temperatures, bus routes, side roads, etc, and it is never made lightly.
This includes Kids Klub.
[MS BB will be moved to a different date]

Please stay safe and stay warm. ❄️

Our grounds crews will be out all day today working to make parking lots and sidewalks safe so we can reopen on Tuesday.
