Dear Business Owners-
RHHS Student Council has held their annual Community Service Day for over 20 years during the week of RHHS Fall Homecoming. Each graduating class helps the surrounding community during the day.
❤ 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐞𝐧: The freshmen travel to Wichita to help charities such as The Salvation Army, Wichita Habitat for Humanity, and United Methodist Open Door Distribution Center with projects.
❤ 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬: The sophomores host dump day and raise money for Flint Hills Services and their Special Olympics teams.
❤ 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬: Juniors stay on campus and help beautify school grounds.
❤ 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬: Seniors stay in Rose Hill and help small businesses and community members who need assistance with yard work or tasks around their homes.
In the past, StuCo collected $5 class dues from each participating student to purchase t-shirts and meals for them. This year, RHHS StuCo is looking for donations to help cover those costs for each student that participates in Community Service Day. Any leftover funds will be used to help Student Council throughout the remainder of the school year - which directly goes back into our schools.
Anything is appreciated, and we thank you in advance for your support! 🫶
Please reach out to Mrs. Evans if you'd like to help sponsor!

The deadline to purchase t-shirts is coming up so any help is appreciated!

In remembrance of 9/11, Mrs. Kocher, our district secretary, is creating a Hero Wall at Central Office to celebrate the brave men and women in our Rose Hill community who serve in the military or as first responders and she is inviting our Rose Hill families to be part of this tribute. 🇺🇸
If you have a family member who is a military service member or first responder, she would love to include their photo—especially if it's with their Rose Hill student. If you don't have a photo with your student, simply share the connection to our school community.
📸 Please send photos and names to jkocher@usd394.com by the end of the day Friday, September 8th.
Let’s come together to honor the heroes in our community! ❤️🚀💙
