MS FOOTBALL TIME CHANGE!
Due to the forecasted temperatures for tomorrow, the middle school football games in Ark City start times have changed. 7th grade will start at 6:30 with 8th grade following.
Due to scheduling conflicts, the Fall Choir concert has a new date!!! The new date is Thursday, October 24 at 7 pm at the high school auditorium. We look forward to seeing you there!
Huge congratulations to our 7th & 8th Grade Bands for earning a 1 (Superior) Ratings from all 3 judges at the Kansas State Fair today! 🏆🎉 This is the top rating possible, and we couldn’t be prouder of these talented students and their amazing performance!

First day for fall sports practice will be August 19. Please be sure to have a physical dated after May 1st, concussion form and insurance waiver on file with the office. Forms are located on the school website as well as in the school office.

Friends and family of all 8th graders are invited to attend this "special" event in the lives of our students. This year we are working to make Promotion both fun and meaningful for students, families and staff. Students will be wearing their Class T-Shirts so "dress-up" clothes are not necessary but I do hope that they will wear nice shorts or jeans/slacks (no athletic shorts or pajama bottoms).After the promotion students will be going bowling. If your student does not want to attend the After-Promotion activity (Bowling in Derby), you may check them out of school after the Promotion ceremony. Thanks! Due to a slight change with the RealityU schedule, times for the two sessions on Friday have been pushed back 30 minutes. The sessions are now 8:30-10:00 and 10:30-12:00.
