Current out of district students information

We’re excited to welcome our returning students back for another great year at Rose Hill Schools! As we begin preparations for the 2025-2026 school year, we want to provide a quick update for families of current out-of-district students.

If your student attended Rose Hill Schools as an out-of-district student during the 2024–2025 school year, you’re all set for next year! There’s no need to reapply for an out-of-district waiver. Your student’s spot has been secured, no additional action is needed on your end.

The only exception to this would be in rare cases involving significant behavioral issues during the past school year. If that applies, a building principal would have already contacted your family. So, if you haven’t received a call, you can rest easy, your student is approved to return.

Please keep in mind that while your student is currently approved, enrollment status is subject to change if serious concerns arise or new information comes to light before the start of the school year. Should that happen, a building principal will personally reach out to you to discuss next steps.

πŸ“’ New to Rose Hill?
If your student is new to the Rose Hill School District for the 2025-26 school year and you live outside district boundaries, you’ll need to complete the Out-of-District Waiver Application. Capacity numbers and application materials can be found here:

πŸ“… Online enrollment will open toward the end of July in PowerSchool. Be sure to keep an eye on your email and our website for more details soon!

If you have any questions about your child’s enrollment, don’t hesitate to reach out to their building principal or contact the district office directly.

Thank you for being a valued part of the Rose Hill Schools community. We look forward to another fantastic school year ahead!
