New for the 2022-2023 School Year is the ability to update your child's health information electronically! Please log in to PowerSchool and click on FORMS and update the information electronically. Your child's health form is a link of communication to you and your school nurse.
Your school nurse wants to stay informed! Please update the nurse throughout the school year if there are any changes in your child's health by contacting the nurse's office (or updating the form if the alert is in place).
