Rose Hill Primary School is an EC through Second Grade building. We have approximately 395 students. We have two Early Childhood Special Education classrooms, one Rocket Launch 4 year old preschool classroom, five Kindergarten sections, six first grade, and five second grade sections. We are a Title 1 school (Targeted Reading). We provide Title services, Special Education services, and also implement a systematic MTSS process for reading. We have a dedicated and diverse staff. We count it a privilege to work with our students, parents, and community patrons on a daily basis.

Rose Hill Primary School is a Conscious Discipline School. Conscious Discipline is a unique discipline program that focuses on developing personal skills in self-management and assertiveness, as well as the development of one's intrinsic self-awareness and personal discipline. We focus on developing individual skills and a sense of 'school/class family'. Classroom teachers may also incorporate processes in their home rooms to complement the Conscious Discipline approaches. Positive Reinforcement / Management Plans may be implemented to reinforce and complement our CD structures, routines, and processes.
