OUR MISSION
The Rose Hill High School International Cultures Association
is established to enrich the cultural awareness and understanding of the students at RHHS, thereby the ability of students to accept that which is different,
and have a greater knowledge of the many unique peoples of the world.
Meetings:
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday in Mrs. Ward’s room (205)
7:30 am for planning meetings
7:00 am (bring a breakfast item to share) for guest speaker meetings

Membership:
Open to any RHHS student interested in supporting our mission of cultural exploration and understanding.
Foreign exchange students are automatically invited to be honorary free members for the duration of their stay.
Dues: $2 per student per year

Renaissance Faire at the Sedgwick County Park
French film & dinner at the Olive Tree Bistro
Gaeddart Farms Corn Maze (in the dark!)
Fundraising:
ICA has also participated in community fundraising efforts that provided grants for the following RHHS travelers who visited places like Spain, Morocco, France, Germany, & Switzerland in small groups with their peers in 2006 and 2008:

OUR HISTORY:
First official planning meeting:
Nov. 19, 2002 at the request of two sophomores for their “Start Something” project for sophomore English class.
Established by the Rose Hill Board of Education on April 14th, 2003 as an official student club.
