Baseball Struggles Continues
The Rockets played Augusta Saturday in a rescheduled, make-up game. The Rockets battled the Orioles throughout the innings, but the efforts just weren't enough, losing in a close 5-7 game. The Rockets regenerated for the next game of the double-header. Augusta took the early 1st inning lead, but the Rockets tied it back up in the 2nd. Connecting with the pitches, the Rockets scored a run in the 3rd inning to take the lead 2-1, but Augusta would answer, scoring 2 runs in the same inning. The rest of the game was scoreless as the Rockets fall once more 2-3 to the Augusta Orioles.
