Defensive Dual Ends in Draw
The Lady Rockets had a close road trip to Andover Central looking for a victory. A victory they wouldn't find, but neither would they acquire a loss as both teams defense held each other scoreless. "Our girls just got tired" said Coach Treat referring to the game. Giving full effort on defense made it harder for the offensive game to click. The Rockets had a few shots on goal, one missing off the post, but none seemed to find the back of the net. Sam Duque played strong in the goalie position, contributing 9 saves and allowing nothing by her. The Rockets finished the game at a dead tie 0-0. The Ladies will travel to Mulvane next to take on the Wildcats.
