Soccer Slaughters Elyria
The Rocket Soccer team came out on senior night ready to play and it showed early in the game with Keaton Miller's goal assisted by Penland. The Rockets would do much more scoring after that with a total of 9 unanswered goals. Elyria couldn't defend the intimidating Rocket offense and Rose Hill kept on the defensive pressure. Keaton Miller would go on and score twice more along with Jace Dinkle, Dylan Simmons, Nathan Cadell, and Matt Pemerick. The Rockets, Dylan Simmons and Keaton Miller recieved hat tricks on the night which held the Rockets advance to .500 on the season with the 9-0 victory over Elyria. The Rockets will travel to Circle next Tuesday. |

Volleyball Wins in Garden Plain
The Rocket Volleyball team traveld to Garden Plain Thursday to match up against the Owls. The Rockets were well prepared and outstreched the Owls to victory opening game, winning 25-23. The Lady Rockets then fired back in the second game with the same enthusiasm they had before. The Owls kept it close, fitting until the end when the ladies came out on top winning 29-27. With the win over Garden Plain the Rockets advance their record to 18-9 and are looking forward to this upcoming weekend at the Clearwater tournament where they will be looking to be champions.
